I love that I am not the only mom out there, that reads Star Wars EU Novels to my kids at night. That takes all 4 of them to Comic-Con every year, in matching Star Wars shirts. I also taught my youngest his ABC's from the Star Wars ABC Book. My oldest son and I talk strategy for SWTOR while driving to and from school. My 8 year old is named Luke. When I was in the hospital, after his birth, the nurse loved his name...saying "What a beautiful Biblical name...". I was like Biblical? I hadn't even thought of that! He's named after Luke Skywalker, of course!
AND-FINALLY...my daughter was very happy to read that other girls mix Star Wars Action Figures and Barbie. Except, her Barbies hang out with Stormtroopers and R2!
At a press junket for the movie "Red Tails", Lucasfilm Executive Producer Rick McCallum, shared a little (very little) information about the upcoming Star Wars TV project. He shared the (for now) title- Star Wars: Underworld. (ooooo or awwww or both???? What do you think?)
Check out EW's article and check out the whole interview....It's very interesting. Too bad we'll have to wait a long time before we actually get to see what this will be all about!
Ok...so you probably have noticed that the following posts are missing something (pictures)! Apparently, picasa has linked all my albums and blogs and when I delete a picture from Picasa, it deletes it from my blogs too! This is new. Anyways, sorry for the incomplete posts and I will be more on top of things in the future! :-)
Like I've posted before, I am cautiously optimistic about this one. BUT-my kids could not be more excited! Only my 13 year old has seen a Star Wars movie on the big screen. So, they can not wait to see this! AND-I'm excited to see the looks on their faces as they watch it!
